He is also the architect of V2P-OS™—the Values-to-Performance Operating System—a 90-day diagnostic, alignment, and execution methodology designed to help SMEs and institutions turn values into performance, make culture measurable, and implement with discipline. His portfolio includes founder and board leadership, investment and transaction advisory, elearning and management education, business process improvement, digital and technology assessment, real estate portfolio governance, public-sector programme support, and a sixmonth skills-empowerment initiative that served more than 1,000 learners.

Olawale Osborne is a Doctor of Business Administration (Doctoral) Research Fellow in Practice at Hult International Business School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, with research focused on values-based leadership, alignment between leadership and organisational values, organisational culture and performance in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria and South Africa.
